We use Pipes Patrol at an apartment community that I manage in Tampa. Their service is fast and efficient. They also helped me with an issue at my personal home and came right away. Even with it being 9pm at night, they had a great attitude. Hugo has a great team.

Fernando and Raul repaired a significant leak under my sink last week. I just moved into my apartment and the property management called them in when they realized it was a bigger problem than the maintenance man could handle proficiently. The two gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Raul and Fernando handled the situation in no time at all and had the water back on in the building right away. A job well done with confidence and kindness. Keeping their business card on the fridge as my first call for any other future plumbing problems!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Pipes Patrol. They gave us a very fair and competitive price and have been incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Every question we’ve had has been answered quickly, and they’ve been professional, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s been refreshing dealing with a company that communicates so well and genuinely seems to care about taking care of their customers. Based on our experience so far, I would definitely recommend giving Pipes Patrol a call if you’re looking for a plumbing company!

The first time I hired these guys was on a whim because the original plumber I had for my shower pan replacement suddenly was not going to be available… they said they would match it and came the next day and did a great job! I even hired them for another job since then and again it was last minute after hours… So now Im their biggest fan! I love that I can text questions etc. Thank you Pipes Patrol!

Service technician for pipes patrol was very knowledgeable, expedient and extremely courteous. He quickly diagnosed my service needs and completed my repair much quicker than I anticipated… The problem I contacted pipe patrol on this occasion was an annoying Spigot leak but difficult to repair without causing more damage.
